Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days.

Preorder items are shipped when they are in hand. This process can take at least 1-2 months if not more. I post updates on Preorder items via social media.

Preorder item listings ALWAYS state that it is a Preorder!! If you place an Order of a Preorder item and didn't read the note in the listing description you will not be refunded.

I do not take returns or exchanges, sorry!!

Please email me with your name, Order number, address change request, and the new address you want your Order to be shipped to!

If your Order has already been shipped I cannot resend your Order to the correct address until the original merch sent as been returned to me. We can work it out via email!

You have 24 hours after placing the Order to cancel it. Please email me at servalsurf@gmail.com with your name and Order number to cancel it! A refund will be sent to your original payment method.

Please take photos of your damaged package/merchandise and email them to me at servalsurf@gmail.com !! Please be sure to include your name and Order number. We can work it out together!

Orders that only contain stickers will NOT come with tracking. Sticker-only Orders are shipped in an envelope with a Forever Stamp.
